Hillsboro June 24 - Mrs. Anna Harris, 73, resident of this place for the past 40 years died at her home here Monday morning at 8:30 o'clock. Death was due to a complication of diseases. Mrs. Harris was born June 14, 1862 near Wallace. She was the daughter of David M. and Catherine Cunningham Black. She was married Dec 20, 1884 to AJ Harris.  She was a member of the Hillsboro Christian Church and of Fern Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star. The survivors include three sons, HJ and Maurice Harris of Hillsboro and Earl Harris of Indianapolis; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Ellen Gustafson of Chicago and Mrs. Nell Wallace of Attica; a brother, William Black of Indianapolis; a step brother, John Goodin of Wallace and step sister, Mrs. Florence Sampson of Indianapolis.  The funeral services will be held at the home Wednesday.
